Terms of Sale

1. Seller

ThirtyAsset is operated by ThirtyOne Lab's [legal form], registered at [address], [SIRET / company number], VAT [VAT number]. Contact: contact@thirtyasset.com.

2. Products

ThirtyAsset sells digital creative assets (motion graphics, templates, UI kits, graphics, plugins). All assets are delivered as downloadable files and licensed under the ThirtyAsset Licenseincluded in every download.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are shown in EUR, VAT included (20%). Payment is processed securely by PayPal and Revolut. We never store your card or bank details. An order is confirmed once payment is validated by the provider.

4. Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital: once payment is confirmed, the asset appears in your Library and can be downloaded via a secure single-use link. No physical shipment is made.

5. License

Your purchase grants a worldwide, non-exclusive right of use as defined by the ThirtyAsset License (unlimited personal and commercial use, no resale or redistribution of the raw files). ThirtyOne Lab's retains full intellectual property over the assets.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law (art. L221-28 French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose delivery has begun with your prior consent. By starting a download, you acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal.

8. Liability

Assets are provided "as is". ThirtyOne Lab's cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from their use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the asset concerned.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the competent French courts, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
