Refund Policy

Digital products

All products on ThirtyAsset are digital assets delivered instantly. As allowed by EU law for digital content, no refund is granted once a download has started - you waive your right of withdrawal at that point.

When we do refund

We refund within 14 days of purchase in these cases:

• The file is corrupt or technically unusable and we cannot fix it.
• The asset is materially not as described on its product page.
• Accidental duplicate purchase of the same item.
• Unauthorized / fraudulent charge on your account.

How to request

Email contact@thirtyasset.com with your order number and the reason. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or Revolut) within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions & credits

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime and stay active until the end of the paid period (no pro-rata refund). Purchased credits are non-refundable once spent.
