Intellectual property

The site, the ThirtyAsset and ThirtyOne Lab's names, the logos and all published assets are the exclusive property of ThirtyOne Lab's. Purchasing a pack grants a right of use as defined by the ThirtyAsset License; it never transfers ownership. Any reproduction, resale or redistribution of the source files without written authorization is prohibited.

Digital products and right of withdrawal

All products sold are digital files delivered immediately after payment. In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, by completing the purchase the customer expressly requests immediate delivery and waives the 14-day right of withdrawal. No refund can therefore be claimed once the download has been made available, except where the file is defective or does not match its description.
